Ugh, so I just picked up my dress a little bit ago and I realized that I haven't really lost any weight since I bought it in November. It still fits although it's a little snug for my taste. Why is it that I feel like I'm busting my ass working out and eating all the right things but I just don't feel any different?
Depressed.
I'm sorry...and I do understand how you feel. It's hard to keep on keeping on when you don't feel like you are seeing the results you think you should be. but you must (keep on keeping on)...and remember, if it were easy, everyone would do it? :O)

ReplyDeleteYou can do it!!! Alissa is right, you have probably plateaued. Mix it up & add a 5-10 minutes more to your normal workout! I wish you the best luck & you are going to look great!!
